Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and above:
Clean and dry affected area. Remove from backing film and apply to the affected area, not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Remove after at most 8 hours.
Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor.
Warning: For external use only. do not use on wounds and damage skin. avoid contact with eyes. Do not use with the heating pad. Discontinue use at least 1 hour before or after the shower.
